What does The Works do?
We’re an outsourced marketing department for construction, engineering and built-environment firms in Ireland. We plan your marketing, produce the content, manage approvals and report on results each month.
How is this different from a social media agency?
Social media is one channel we use, not the job. We start with a quarterly plan tied to your commercial goals, and our Growth package adds newsletters, a monthly review and custom pieces such as brochures, case studies and exhibition material.
How much does it cost?
Our packages start from €750 a month ex-VAT for Essential and €1,250 a month ex-VAT for Growth. Larger projects, such as websites and video, are quoted separately.
Is there a long contract?
The minimum term is three months. After that it’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Do you only work with construction firms?
Yes. We work with contractors, engineering consultancies, building services and retrofit firms, and suppliers to the sector. That focus is why we can write accurately about technical work.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of agreeing the scope. Your first month’s content plan is ready for approval within 10 working days of onboarding.
